4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method:
GST paid on the purchase will also be refunded in full. We cannot issue refunds to a different account or as platform credits unless the original payment method is no longer available.
5. Technical Failures and Double Charges
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive course access (e.g., a payment gateway timeout), please email support@esgyan.in with your payment reference. We will verify with Razorpay and either grant access or issue a full refund within 2 business days — no 7-day window applies in this case.
If you were charged twice for the same course, the duplicate charge will be refunded automatically within 5 business days once we confirm it.
6. Cancellation of Subscription Plans
ESGyan currently sells individual courses rather than subscriptions. If subscription or bundle plans are introduced in future, this section will be updated accordingly.
7. Changes to This Policy
ESGyan reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
