Shipping Policy

ESGyan is an entirely digital learning platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All purchases — including individual courses, bundles, and certificates — are delivered electronically through your account on esgyan.com.

No physical goods will be mailed to you at any time.

Once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, access to your purchased course is granted immediately. You can begin learning right away by logging in to your account and navigating to "My Courses".

In rare cases where payment is processed but access is not granted within 15 minutes, please contact us at contact@esgyan.com with your payment reference ID.

On successful completion of all lessons and assessments for a course, your certificate is generated digitally and available instantly in your dashboard under "My Certificates".

Certificates are not dispatched by post. If you require a physically printed copy, you may download and print the PDF yourself.

Unless otherwise stated on the course page, all purchased courses provide lifetime access — there is no expiry date. You can revisit lessons and download your certificate at any time after purchase.
